Brown “old” spots on the skin
Most often we see them on hands.
How is it possible that these brown spots will begin to be done in the thirties and somewhere in the fifties?
It depends on many factors, where genetics plays its role as well. But it’s also about asking your skin what you did for her during her youth – how you nurtured her and how you protected her. These brown “old” spots are also a reflection of the liver’s status and the antioxidant capacity of your body. Most of them are free radicals that cause excessive sunlight and poor diet.
